Graphics or 3d?

I need to draw roads, cars, trees, lamposts, people, junctions etc in fact everything you see on the road as you are driving. which programme will do this easy.

There are many programs out there, but none of them will do it easy. There is learning involved with all of them. I have been using the same 3D program for 5 years and am still learning. Try starting with sketch up on the google web site. It is one of the easy ones but it does not have a topnotch render-er.
